For folks of marginalized and divergent identities, the world especially sends us all kinds of messages that something is wrong with us, when this simply is not true
We struggle in disconnection from ourselves, from one another, and from the universe at large
This can make it feel impossible to access the deep beauty of yourself and your life; like climbing an endless mountain and struggling to enjoy the breathtaking view

Life’s hardships will never disappear. And, WOW, being a soul with a body is the most wildly beautiful psychedelic experience ever!!!!
The highs cannot exist without the lows. When we numb the pain, we numb the joy. Learning how to safely feel into the depths of our pain is key to accessing deep beautiful truths (like, spoiler alert… we are perfect pure love!)
Queer and neurodivergent folks are natural truth seekers: we know in our bones that the status-quo (and all the social conditioning that comes with it) fails us, and that accessing authentic truth is fundamentally essential to our wellbeing
Traditional therapy has its place, and also, it so often falls short. It relies heavily on individualized and cognitive frameworks, which can keep us stuck through persistent intellectualization and disconnection. For cognitive knowledge to become embodied (felt-sense) knowledge, we need it to be anchored in experiences, community, connection, love; that which is so much bigger than ourselves

Human life is deeply messy and hard; we are full of shadows and pain. We cannot hold the light unless we truthfully face and integrate the dark
